Joshua Gottlieb is an associate in the firm’s Deerfield Beach office, where his practice is focused on complex civil litigation and liability defense. He represents clients in a broad range of matters, including catastrophic and personal injury claims, medical malpractice defense, physician malpractice, premises liability, product liability, vehicle negligence, and commercial litigation. Mr. Gottlieb is known for his disciplined approach to case handling, thoughtful legal analysis, and commitment to delivering effective, client-focused advocacy.
Mr. Gottlieb’s practice involves the defense and resolution of high-exposure and fact-intensive disputes that require careful preparation, strategic evaluation, and strong written and oral advocacy. He approaches each matter with close attention to detail and an understanding of the practical and legal considerations that drive successful outcomes. Before entering private practice, Mr. Gottlieb developed a strong foundation in advocacy and litigation skills through his academic and competitive experience in law school. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University College of Law, where he served as Teams Coordinator for Moot Court and competed in several national moot court competitions. These experiences strengthened his abilities in legal writing, appellate advocacy, and persuasive argument, all of which continue to inform his litigation practice.
Mr. Gottlieb received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. His academic background contributes to his thoughtful and measured approach to client representation, particularly in matters involving sensitive facts, significant damages, and complex interpersonal dynamics.
